Mr. Satish Chandra Sharma, boasts an extensive 50-year career working across multiple esteemed universities in Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand. Notably, he served as Registrar for an impressive 16-year duration at H.N.B. Garhwal University, Srinagar, Pauri Garhwal, Rohilkhand University, Bareilly, Bundelkhand University, Jhansi, DDU Gorakhpur University, and Dr. B. R. Ambedkar University, Agra. Prior to these roles, he held administrative positions at Lucknow University and Meerut University, where he fulfilled responsibilities as Finance Officer and Controller of Examinations in addition to his primary role as Registrar.

His impactful contributions extended to Graphic Era (Deemed to be University), Dehradun, where he served from October 3, 2008, to February 16, 2018. Furthermore, he played a pivotal role as the founding Registrar of Graphic Era Hill University, Dehradun. During his tenure, the university earned accreditation from both U.G.C. and NAAC, achieving an esteemed Grade ‘A’. Mr. Sharma orchestrated the successful conduction of three Expert Committee visits by UGC/AICTE, exemplifying his unwavering commitment to quality assurance in higher education.
